MAKING AN ORDER
When you make an order through SconesToGo an email is sent to the chef to announce your request. The chef will log into Google Checkout to process your order. You will also receive a copy of your order via email. Orders are checked daily and scones will be made fresh that same day to insure you receive a quality product.
PACKAGING
Scones will be individually wrapped and put in a SconesToGo box to keep your scones fresh and stable during shipping. Included with your scones will be information about SconesToGo, a reminder to sign up for our email newsletter (if you haven't already signed up!), any current special offers, and your receipt.
SHIPPING
Scones will be shipped on the same day the product is made. The sealed and labeled box will be taken to the local USPS Office and promptly delivered to you via priority mail.
RETURNS
Through the Red Brick Bakery & Tea Room, Chef Dani can guarantee that your scones will be fresh and delicious when they arrive. If they are not simply to email her at chefdani@redbrickbakery.com and she will either replace them or gladly refund your money. Please include whether you would like a replacement or refund in your email as well as your order number.
You may only request one replacement or refund per order. As you can understand, if the product can not reach you properly after the second attempt Chef Dani will be disappointed but she reserves the right to cancel future orders to addresses that have not been able to receive quality products. The quality of product coming from the Red Brick Bakery & Tea Room is of the utmost concern to her. You can count on her guarantee and quality.

When you order from sconestogo.com you agree to pay the Red Brick Bakery & Tea Room, LLC for the products you receive, shipping costs, and tax. You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold the Red Brick Bakery & Tea Room, LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents harmless from and against any and all claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs and expenses (including attorneys' fees).
PRIVACY
Information you provide when you sign up for our email list will not be shared with any other entity other than the Red Brick Bakery & Tea Room, its employees, and its vendor Constant Contact (Constant Contact's Privacy Policy). At no time will your information be rented or sold.
